Forest Fundamentals is developing a new stove! Our goal: to develop a multi-fuel stove that works with:
* Wood
* Alcohol / Meths Stoves
* Solid Fuel / Hexamine Tablets
The stove is not going to be flat-packed and instead will be intended to nest with bottles and cups to save space in your pack and for quick deployment in the field.
We intend to make the stove as versatile as possible, to not only accommodate Forest Fundamentals cookware but also stock-sized cups and bottles from other brands to avoid re-buying products you already have. A full list of compatible bottles and clear internal dimensions will be provided. Please let us know if you have any suggestions on bottles/cups you would like to see our stove nesting with!
All of the prototyping is being done in Sheffield while working together with European engineers and Bushcrafters for the design and have partnered with @C&S Fabrications Ltd, and @Parkway Fabrications Ltd for the manufacturing.
For the materials, we plan to manufacture all of the components from titanium to keep the weight to a minimum, while keeping prices to a minimum. As with all of our products, we are dedicated to producing high-quality items while ensuring the prices remain fair and competitive.
