How long are your processing times?
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Orders are picked, packed, and shipped every two days, including Saturdays.
As with any business, occasional delays can happen — if they do, we'll always keep you informed.
How long does UK shipping take?
All UK orders under £20 are shipped via Second Class post.
Orders over £20 are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
There's also options to upgrade to Tracked 24 at checkout.
Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2–3 days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. All international orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked to minimise the risk of loss.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days to most European countries,
and 5–7 working days to other international destinations, though slight
delays can still occur due to customs processing, local handling, or other
factors in your destination country.
Do I have to pay customs fees if I live in the USA?
No. All USA orders are shipped DDP, meaning customs fees are paid by us
in advance. There should be no additional charges or delays on delivery.
This is also why US shipping costs have increased slightly in recent months.
Do I have to pay customs fees if I live in the EU or elsewhere?
Most of our customers in the EU and worldwide do not encounter customs charges.
Where possible, we ship orders DDP and cover these costs in advance.
If you're based in the EU and have concerns about customs fees, please get in touch.
What happens if my order goes missing?
If your order goes missing and the tracking shows no delivery confirmation,
we'll arrange a replacement to be sent promptly to an address of your choice.
If the tracking confirms delivery, we're unable to offer a replacement or refund.
