But if anything does happen, you don’t have to worry; it’s backed with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Depending on the circumstances you might be eligible for a replacement, or refund.

What are the exceptions?

Only the original buyer is eligible for the limited lifetime warranty. This limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product.

This warranty covers products purchased through an authorised distributor of Forest Fundamentals products.

Proof of purchase from the reseller is also required.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing, and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from any unauthorised tampering with this product. Most damaged Forest Fundamentals products not covered by the warranty can still be repaired. If repair costs and handling charges apply, you will be notified prior to any service. All warranty repairs or replacements are at the sole discretion of Forest Fundamentals and we reserve the right to refuse a request.
