Stealth Fire Starter™ Tinder Wick Refill Pack

We listened to your feedback, our Stealth tinder refill packs are now available! We designed the wicks to be used with our Stealth Fire Starter, but they also work great with normal Ferro Rods, lighters, and matches.

• REPLACEMENT WICKS FOR THE STEALTH FIRE STARTERS: Designed as replacement wicks for our Stealth Fire Starters, these versatile wicks also make excellent all-around tinder, suitable for use with Ferro rods, lighters, and other fire-starting tools.

• NOW INCLUDES 3X 63.5CM (25”) WICKS: By popular demand, we’ve upgraded to longer 63.5CM wicks. Each pack now provides a total of 190.5CM (75”) of paraffin-wax infused wick for extended use.

• ENOUGH TINDER FOR UP TO 100 FIRES: With proper preparation, only 2cm of wick is needed to ignite a fire, thanks to the infused wax that ensures slow and efficient burn times.

• SUPER LONG BURN TIMES: Each wick offers an impressive burn time of 40-60 minutes. With a combined pack total of 120-180 minutes, that's the equivalent of the burn time from 3.6 full-size BIC lighters!

• RESISTANT TO THE ELEMENTS: Infused with wax, these wicks are highly resistant to rain and wind. They stay lit in strong winds and can even ignite after being soaked in water!

• OTHER PRACTICAL BENEFITS: Unlike other tinders, these wicks can be easily positioned inside stoves or under tinder bundles, allowing you to direct the flame exactly where it's needed. They are also easily extinguished, helping you conserve resources in the field.

• MADE IN THE UK: We manufacture the wicks in the UK, each wick is carefully infused with paraffin wax to guarantee consistent and reliable burn times.

• THE PROCESS: Whether you are processing fatwood into shavings or ‘feathering’ Birch bark, increasing the surface area means the tinder is more likely to catch a spark! To do this, press and twist the Stealth Fire Striker, or knife against the end of your Jute wick, this motion will ‘fluff’ up the wick. Fluff the end of the wick as much as possible for easier ignition. Once prepared, strike down firmly to ignite!
