Folding Bail Handles for Nesting Cups | Fits Most Cup & Pot Sizes

When developing our new nesting stoves, we tested many titanium cups—most had fixed U-shaped bail handles. While functional, they were awkward to pack, especially when nesting bottles and cups. So we designed our own solution: the FF Nesting Bail Handle.

Quality Materials: Made from 7x7 stainless steel cable and heavy-duty carabiner clips, the handles are rustproof, corrosion-resistant, and heat-resistant.

Open-Fires: Like the standard U-shaped bail handles, the nesting lanyards include a large main opening, making them easy to remove off a gas, or open-fire when wearing gloves, or by threading a stick through. The handles also include a separate top-loop for suspending over open fires set-ups like a tripod, or A-frame post hanger.

Suitable for Open-Fires: The nesting handles feature a wide main opening for easy removal from gas stoves or open fires. The handles also include a top loop, making it easier to hang over an open fire using a tripod or A-frame setup.

Easily Packs Down: One of the biggest advantages of the nesting handles is how compact they are. Traditional U-shaped bail handles often stick out, take up extra space, or snag when pulling gear from side pouches. These nesting handles fold flat—or can even be tucked inside the cup—making packing and transport much easier.

What’s Included? This set includes one of our stainless steel nesting bail handles.
Please note: Cups and any other items shown in the photos are not included.

How to attach: These handles are made to retrofit all-sized cups that already have bail handle mounting points. If your cup doesn’t, you can drill two small holes near the rim—one on each side—for the handles to attach.

Easily Removed: The handles attach to the bail mounting points using two stainless steel carabiners. They won’t damage the cup and can be taken off easily whenever needed.

Maximum Size: The bail handles are compatible with cups and pots up to 150mm (5.9”) in diameter. Please note: the wider the pot, the lower the handle will sit.
