Forest Fundamentals was founded out of a passion for Bushcraft and the outdoors. Elvis, the company founder, spent countless hours of his teenage years exploring woodlands where he developed a passion for handcrafting purposeful survival tools such as wooden cutlery and canvas bags.

This love for craftsmanship; cultivating purpose-built, quality tools, laid the foundations of our design philosophy. Amid increasing demand, it remained fundamental that the company manufactured new products with the same level of care and precision that Elvis put into each stitch, cut, and whittle whilst handmaking in his garage.

Much of the company’s growth and product success can be attributed to our collaboration with like-minded outdoor enthusiasts across the globe. By developing products alongside experts in different outdoor disciplines, we are able to ensure our products thrive under the unforgiving pressure of the most extreme of expeditions, in any terrain and climate.
